Domestic Short Hair - Gray and white - Eliza - Medium - Adult
Eliza is a beautiful and good cat. She is shy and opinionated. She needs a home with at least one other cat. She loves being on/in a cat tree and likes her treat served there, if you please. Eliza has come a long way from the wild child she was on entry and does like attention. She would be good for someone who likes cats around but not on their laps. Born about 5/24/10 ame="Medium Grid 1 Accent 4" /> N Eliza initially entered the shelter via animal control, caught in a trap. She was understandably very upset. In time she came to enjoy shelter life and loved playing and cuddling with the other cats. She was adopted in the spring to a woman who lived alone. She turned Eliza loose in the house and the cat remained elusive, hiding under furniture with the woman was home, playing and eating while she was gone or in bed at night. After a few months she gave up on taming the cat so we got her back. Eliza came home and was jubilant. She loves being on a cat tree or the cot and is playful and friendly with the other cats. Not only does she enjoy being petted, she actually asks for it. She needs a home with other cats to show her the ropes or any other adoption will be a repeat of the failed one. Eliza is a true beauty who definitely doesnt want to be alone. Born about 5/24/10
