Elwood was brought in by animal control and nothing is known of his past. While Elwood is not feral, he is easily scared. He is getting better and plays happily with the other cats. Sometimes he shies away from the touch, but does end up accepting petting and holding and does not attack. He would like a home with another cat to play with, show him the ropes and give him confidence. He is quite a handsome young man with a healthy, shiny and plush solid black coat. What he wants is to be someones spoiled little boy cat. Born about 4/22/13
